Chateau Palmer Margaux Grand Tasting!

Dear Fellow Oenophiles,

On Tuesday April 26th, we have the luxury of hosting Bernard de Laage de Meux, Director for Chateau Palmer Margaux. He will be in Miami for one night only and we guarantee this will be an exquisite experience.

Chateau Palmer
Margaux star Château Palmer needs little introduction. It’s ranked second in Margaux, just a notch behind Château Margaux itself, although in the 1855 classification it’s actually a third growth. Despite this, Palmer is one of the Château people talk about in discussions about which properties could be elevated to first growth status, along with the likes of Leoville Les Cases.

Palmer has 52 hectares of vines, with a larger proportion of Merlot than is usual for a left-bank estate. Typical make up of the grand vin is equal proportions of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, with 5% Petit Verdot, but this changes with each vintage.

Bernard de Laage de Meux, Director
After earning a post-graduate degree in business administration and a degree from the Institut des Hautes Finances in Paris, Bernard de Laage gained first-hand experience in the field of wines and spirits working in sales in Bordeaux and Cognac. Since 1999 he has been traveling all over the world for Palmer, meeting with distributors, experts and enthusiasts in Asia, Oceania, Europe and the Americas. He organizes PR events on the occasion of which château wines are tasted.

           And a surprise Vintage

Cost: $65.00 plus tax includes all wine and a selection of Imported Cheeses

Availability: Seating is limited to 14 seats and the event is first come first serve. (Waiting List Available)
